Karan Abbot, born in Delhi and a hospitality professional with over a decade managing top UK restaurants, has always been obsessed with street food. Growing up among the bustling streets of Delhi, he was inspired by bold flavors, sizzling spices, and the vibrant energy of street vendors.

In 2021, he brought that passion to life with Oh Babu, serving bold, punchy, and unforgettable bites inspired by the streets of his hometown. From winning Best Burger at the British Street Food Awards 2022 to delighting thousands at UK festivals, Oh Babu is more than a stall — it’s a celebration of Delhi street food.
